While we strive to always provide you with the best service possible, there might come times when you feel dissatisfied. In such situations, we encourage you to let us know so that we may address your issue in an effective and timely way.

Every client is important to us. And so we welcome your communication.

Our Abuse Policy lays out the standard procedure on how abuse reports and complaints are handled. And also on how solutions to them are implemented.

PLEASE NOTE: Based on the nature of your abuse report or complaint, the time taken to process and investigate it can be longer than normal. In such cases, please allow at least 24 hours to pass before any follow-up communications are sent. In the case of more complex matters, the response time will be settled upon agreement with you.

How to submit an abuse-report or complaint ticket:

For any reports and complaints in connection with but not limited to: illegal activity, child abuse or exploitation, spam, malware, phishing, hacking, trademark or copyright infringement, or cyber-crime, please contact:
